Monk's Fudge

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 13 oz. evaporated milk
  • 9 oz. semisweet chips
  • 9 oz. bittersweet chips
  • 7 oz. marshmallow cream
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 tbs. vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Bring sugar and milk to a boil. Cook exactly six minutes over medium heat. Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients. Beat until firm. Pour into 9X13 buttered pan. Cool to room temperature. Store overnight in the refrigerator.
