Ingredients
- 1 Cup Amish Bread Starter
- 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 Eggs
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 1/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 loaf pans. In a large bowl, combine bread starter, oil, eggs, flour, sugar, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into pans. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
