Jiffy Corn Casserole
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (14 3/4 oz.) can cream style corn
- 1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy corn bread mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9" baking pan or a 2 qt. casserole.
Mix together corn, Jiffy mix, sour cream, and butter. Stir in cheese. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
