Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

The slow-cooker simmers chicken, potatoes, carrots, and celery in a creamy sauce made with Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, to be topped with tender dumplings made easy with baking mix

Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 2 cups whole baby carrots
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken pieces
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2/3 cup milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Put potatoes, carrots, celery and chicken in crock
pot.
2. Stir in soup, water, thyme and pepper in bowl. Pour
over veggies and chicken.
3. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or till chicken is
cooked through.
4. Mix the baking mix and milk with a fork in bowl until
well mixed.
5. Drop batter by rounded tablespoon over chicken
mixture.
6. Turn heat to high
7. Tilt cooker lid to vent and cook 30 minutes or until
dumplings are cooked in center.
