- 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 7 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 roma tomato, chopped
- 1 tsp. lime juice
- 1 pkt. Giddyup Guacamole Mix
- 1 avocado, chopped
- Blue Aztec Chips

Preparation
Step 1
Combine first 5 ingredients; cover and chill 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Stir in avocado just before serving. Serve with Blue Aztec Chips.
