Strawberry Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh rhubarb,
  • 4 cups sugar
  • 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
  • 1 package (4 serving) raspberry or strawberry jello

Preparation

Step 1

1. Wash and dice rhubarb to equal 6 cups
2. Combine rhubarb and sugar in a large kettle
3. Let stand for 3-4 hours

Bring rhubarb and sugar to a boil until done

1. Add pie filling.
2. Bring to a boil again.
3. Add jello; stir till dissolved.
4. Put into jars and seal in hot water bath
