Ham, Tomato & Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups ham, cut into pieces (or 3/4 c ham + 3/4 c chicken)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery with leaves, chopped
- 14 oz can stewed tomatoes
- red pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp sage
- 1/4 tsp ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp Worcestershire
- tomatoes, sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni as per package directions. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in ham, macaroni and half the cheese. Fold into casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and finish with sliced tomatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.
Serve with warm rolls.
