Banana Sour Cream Dessert

The photo shows this as a pie, but I've always made it in 9x13 pan. Either way, it's delicious. Used a chocolate
crust that I had in the pantry. Not bad.

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 4 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 12 tablespoons melted butter
  • Filling:
  • 2 small packages vanilla instant pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 6 bananas
  • 1 8- oz frozen whipped topping, thawed

Preparation

Step 1

Crust:

1. Mix well; pat in bottom of 9x13 pan.
2. Save ¼ cup for topping.
3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or till golden brown.
4. Cool

Filling:

1. Slice bananas and cover cooled crust.
2. Combine pudding and milk; mix well.
3. Stir in sour cream until well mixed.
4. Pour over bananas. Cool until set, about 4 hours. 5.Top with whipped topping and reserved
crumbs.
