Beef tip and Trader Joe's Eggplant Dip stir fry

Ingredients

• 1 bag Gardein beefless tips
• 1/2 jar Trader Joe's eggplant dip
• 1/2 roll of polenta or 1 cup homemade with butter and parmesan cheese
• 2 cups fresh spinach

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef tips and polenta together until heated through.
Add spinach and cook until wilted
Add eggplant dip and cook until heated through.
Serve hot
