- 1/2 C. margarine
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 20 oz. pineapple w/juice
- 5/6 bread w/crust off (cubed)

Cream margarine & sugar. Add eggs - 2 at a time. Mix. Add pineapple & blend w/spoon. Add bread - blend. Pour into greased 2qt. casserole. Sprinkle w/cinnamon. Bake 45 minutes at 350
