ENGLISH PEA CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 large can English peas
  • ½ stick margarine
  • ½ medium onion, diced
  • 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped
  • ½ lb. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, sliced
  • cracker crumbs, crushed
  • 1 can french fried onion rings
  • ●Saute margarine and onion in a sauce pan. Add remaining ingredients except the cracker crumbs and onion rings.
  • ●Top with cracker crumbs and onion rings.
