Ingredients
- ¼ lbs. of butter
- 2 TBSPS shallots chopped
- 2 TBSPS fresh basil or
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 2 TBSPS fresh parsley
- 3-14oz cans chopped tomatoes drained
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 ½ lbs. mock crab
- Vermicelli or any fine pasta
- Parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté shallots, basil and parsley for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in tomatoes and heat to boiling. Cook until reduced by half. Add wine and simmer 5 minutes. Add crab and simmer 2 to 3 minutes serve over pasta. Serves 6
