Ingredients
- 6 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 4 leaves basil, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup light Italian dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Chop tomatoes and place in bowl. Chop garlic into very fine pieces (or you can run through mincer) and finely chop basil leaves. Chop red onion and add to bowl. Then add red wine vinegar, light Italian dressing and salt and pepper.
The longer this sits, the better the taste. It should be in the refrigerator a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
