Chicken Apricot

Ingredients

• checken breats..boned
• 32 oz canned apricots
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1 tsp orange grated
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp ginger
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

sprinkle with spices
rub with oil
grill until brown
put into large pot with lid
sieve apricots with juice
add remaining ingredients bring to boil
pour over chicken and put in oven for 10 minutes with lid on
remove lid and cook for 10 more minutes
