Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 minced shallot
  • 1 tbls honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp minced fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp minced fresh tarragon
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

Step 1


Directions
Combine all ingredients except for the oil in a
blender. Turn blender on and slowly drizzle in the oil
until the dressing is fully incorporated. Place in a
tightly wrapped container and let sit at least one hour
before serving. The dressing will keep in the
refrigerator for up to 5 days.
