Spinach Cheese Bars

Ingredients

• 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (small box type in grocery freezer) thawed and squeeze out excess water
• 1 c milk
• 1 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 lb butter, softened
• 1 lb monterey jack cheese, cubed
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together in bowl and spread in a 9x13" pan. ( I use 9x13" glass pan)

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.

Cut into small squares to serve. Can be eaten cold.
