  • 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 1 T onion, diced
  • 1 T salsa
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla, or flour

Step 1

Lay flat, spread the beans over tortilla. Top with other ingredients. Fold the ends into the middle and roll up. Place the wrap, seam-side down on plate and microwave for 60-90 seconds. Makes 1, but a can of pinto beans will make about 6 burritos.
