Ingredients
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt
- 6 oz soba
- Vegetable oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, combine orange juice, mirin, soy sauce, vinegar. In another bowl, toss shrimp with 3 tbsp sauce and marinate 10 minutes.
In a large pot of salted water, boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse.
Heat a grill pan to medium. Lightly oil hot grill. Cook shrimp on grill, turning once, about 3 minutes.
Serve shrimp and noodles with remaining sauce for dipping.
