Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 12 chicken pieces
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic salt or powder (optional)
  • 1 jar (8 oz) dijon mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Italian-flavoured breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2) Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt and pepper (and garlic salt or powder, if desired). Combine the mustard and sour cream. Spread each piece of chicken lightly with this mixture and roll in the breadcrumbs.

3) Place the chicken pieces on a baking sheet in a single layer and cover with foil. bake for 35-40 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from the foil and bake an additional 20 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown. This may be served hot, warm or cold.
