Ingredients
- Sauce Mix:
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 1/4 cups hot water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup stewed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar of jack cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Drain meat in a large skillet; drain
2.Add pasta, milk, water and tomatoes
3. Add spices; bring to a boil
4. Cover, simmer 12 minutes until pasta is tender, stir
ring accasionally
5. Add cheese, cover until cheese is melted
6. Turn off heat, uncover
7. Let stand for 5 minutes
8. AIt will thicken as it stands
