Stuffed Banana Peppers

Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 Tbs crushed garlic
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1 cup parmesean cheese
  • Small dab of Anchovy Paste
  • salt & Pepper
  • 25 long Banana Peppers

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut tops off of peppers and remove seeds. soak in water.

2. Mix ingredients in a bowl.

3. Stuff each pepper, do not over-stuff.

4. Fry slowly on low heat in 2 tbs olive oil and garlic.

5. Leftover stuffing can be cooked as well.

6. Peppers done when soft.

7. Uncooked peppers can be frozen.
