Ingredients
- 1 cup [turkey or vegetable] broth
- 3/4 cup brewed coffee
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup long-grain rice
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium pot, combine [turkey or vegetable] broth, coffee, butter, oregano, and salt. Bring mixture to a boil; add rice, stirring to combine. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook until rice is tender, 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from heat; serve warm.
