Ingredients
- 20 cups Tomatoes
- 3 large onions
- 4 large Peppers, mix of green, orange and red
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 T ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/2 cup Hot Peppers ( I mix Jalapeno and habanera)
- 3 cloves galic
- 1 6 oz. can tomato paste

Preparation
Step 1
dunk tomatoes in hot water, peel and chop
I put several cups in food processor to mix up with the garlic and hot peppers
Chop or food process peppers and onions
cook all ingredients on stove for approx. 1 hr.
may need to remove some of the liquid from the top. I usually take off about 1 quart.
Can under slow boil for 15 minutes
