- Beef tenderloin
- 2 T. cognac
- 1/2 C chicken stock
- 1 T. Dijon
- 2 T. Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Spray steak with olive oil. Sear both sides. Add cognac, deglaze, add stock reduce. Add mustard, blend. Off heat add cream.
