Cheese Bars

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 stick butter softened
• 1 egg
• 1 box powdered sugar (16 oz)
• 1 8oz. package cream cheese softened
• 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

mix the first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13in pan.
Beat the last 3 ingredients for 5 min. and pour on top of the crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes until top starts to brown and doesn't look liquidy.
