Ingredients

  • FOR BOTTOM:
  • 1 package yellow cake mix (1 cup removed)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 1 egg
  • FOR FILLING:
  • 1 can (1lb 14oz) pumpkin pie mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • FOR TOPPING:
  • remaining 1 cup of cake mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup soft margarine

Preparation

Step 1

remove 1 cup of the cake mix and set aside for topping. mix remaining bottom ingredients and press in the bottom of greased 9 x 13in pan.
Mix filling and pour on top.
Mix topping ingredients with a fork and sprinkle on top.
bake at 350 degrees for approx 45 min.
