Ingredients
- 2 2lb 13 oz jars of Ragu Traditional
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 large eggs
- 8 oz shredded parmesan
- 1 box lasagna noodles
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella
- 1 lb ground Italian sausage
- canned mushrooms
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix 2 eggs and the ricotta cheese in a bowl until creamy.
2. Cook pork and beef until done, drain grease
3. Cook noodles.
4. In a deep lasagna pan Layer as follows; Sauce, Noodles, Ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, noodles, meat, mushrooms, sauce, mozzarella, noodles and top with sauce.
5. Cover loosely with foil.
6. Bake in oven at 350 until hot and bubby about 1 1/2 hours.
7. Remove from oven and let sit 10 minutes before cutting.
