Ingredients

  • 6 lbs Sausage
  • 10 large green peppers
  • 2 small cans mushrooms (optional)
  • 29 oz Hunts Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

1. Slice sausage into bite size pieces
2. Cut Peppers into bite size pieces
3. Fry Peppers in Olive Oil; remove


4. Fry sausages; add peppers, optional mushrooms and sauce.
