- 6 EGGS, 3 EGG WHITES, BEATEN
- 1 C HALF AND HALF
- 1 ROTISSERIE CHICKEN, CUT UP AND DICED
- 1 1/2 C BROKEN TORTILLA CHIPS
- 8 OZ SHREDDED CHEESE
- 1 C MILD SALSA
- 1/2 TSP SALT AND PEPPER

PREHEAT TO 350 BEAT HALF AND HALF INTO EGGS, ADD CHICKEN, CHIPS AND CHEESE, THEN SALSA. POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND BAKE AT 350 55-65 MINUTES UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEANLY
