• 1/2 cup honey
• 2 tbsp. orange juice
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degree
Roast uncovered 1 hour 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients,reserve half of the orange mixture. Brush some of the remaining orange mixture on chicken.
Roast uncovered about 15 minutes longer, brushing chicken once or twice with remaining orange mixture.
cook until temp. of 180 degree. Serve with reserved orange juice mixture.
