Strawberry Cream Pie

• 1 pint strawberrie
• 1 pkg (4 serving size)vanilla instant pudding
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 tsp grated orange or lemon rind
• 3 1/2 cups thawed cool whip topping
• 1 ready made graham cracker pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

HULL berries and set aside

COMBINE instant pudding mix, sour cream, milk, rind and 2 cups of whipped topping in bowl.

BEAT with wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.

SPOON half the filling into crust; arrange berries, stem down in filling and press down.
