Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 lbs bay scallops
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

1 Heat butter in 12in skillet.
2 Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
3 Stir and saute 1 minute.
4 Add scallops.
5 Stir and saute 4-6 minutes, until scallops are opaque.
6 Add parsley, red pepper flakes, and lemon, heat through.
