Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3 scallions thinly sliced
- 1/2 lbs. prok tenderlion or chicken strips
- Flour
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- Olive oil
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 3 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Slice pork or chicken in strips. Heat butter or margaring and oil and large pan. Frege meat in flour and cook until browned. Remove and cover to keep warm. Add garlic and scallions and saute until tender. Add broth, stin in mustard and parsley. Add meat and simmer until ready to serve.
