Ingredients

  • 2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups half & half
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • dash cayenne pepper
  • 12 slice whole wheat bread
  • 8 oz Monterey Jack cheese - shredded

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage, drain excess fat & set aside.
Beat together eggs, 1/2 & 1/2, milk, Worcestershire sauce & peppers. Overlap bread in 13x11 pan.
Spread sausage & cheese over. Pour milk mixture over.
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
