- 1 lb boneless/skinless chicken breast
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup mild salsa

Step 1
Grill the chicken breast for 5 to 7 minutes, or until fully cooked. Remove it from grill, chop it into small pieces.
On one half a tortilla, place 1/4 of the chicken, cheese, onion and salsa. Fold the top hover and grill with lid closed for 2-3 minutes. Repeat.
