Zucchini Bread

Ingredients

• First Mixture:
• 3 eggs
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup oil
• 2 cups grated zucchini
• Second Mixture:
• 3 cups flower
• 3 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/4 tsp. baking powder
• 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Step 1

Spoon first mixture into second mixture and pour into greased pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
