Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients

  • zucchini, unpeeled, and cut in 1/2" slices
  • summer squash, unpeeled, and cut in 1/2" slices
  • mushrooms, halved
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup basil, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 . Mix oil, juice, basil and garlic in a sealed bowl, shake vigorously
  • 2 . Put vegetables in sealed bag for 1 hour with marinade, mixing occasionally
  • 3 . Cook 2 minutes each side on grill

Preparation
