Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

  • Pineapple
  • 2 TBS Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 1 Tbs cinnamin

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cut pineapple in half long ways.

2. Cut out fruit and cube.

3. Put cubes back in shell.

4. Melt butter and stir in spices until well mixed.

5. Pour over cubes.

6. Grill until soft, about 30-45 minutes
