Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lbs turkey
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup italian seasoned bread crumbs
• 2 medium eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 3/4 lb colby cheese, cubed
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 carrot, shredded
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 2 dashes worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400

In a bowl mix turkey, bread crumbs and eggs by hand. Stir in carrots, onion, worcestershire and garlic. Transfer to loaf pan and top with ketchup.

Bake 1 hour or until at 180 degrees
