Ingredients
- 8 slices tuscan style bread
- 12 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot
- 1 oz. unsalted butter
- 6 oz. goat cheese, softened
- 1-1/2 oz marinated sun-dried tomatoes, julienned
- basil pesto

Preparation
Step 1
Toast bread & keep warm. Combine eggs, hot sauce, water & salt in a bowl & whisk until smooth. In large pan melt butter, add eggs stirring until gently scrambled. Spread goat cheese on toast, add scrambled eggs, garnish with sun-dried tomatoes & drizzle with pesto.
