    eggs

  • 1/4

    cup water

  • 1

    tsp kosher salt

  • 1/4

    cup Frank's Red Hot

  • 1

    oz. unsalted butter

  • 6

    oz. goat cheese, softened

  • 1-1/2

    oz marinated sun-dried tomatoes, julienned

  • basil pesto

Directions

Toast bread & keep warm. Combine eggs, hot sauce, water & salt in a bowl & whisk until smooth. In large pan melt butter, add eggs stirring until gently scrambled. Spread goat cheese on toast, add scrambled eggs, garnish with sun-dried tomatoes & drizzle with pesto.
