Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 box instant pistachio pudding
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup oil
• cinnamon/ sugar to taste

Preparation

Step 1

preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix together cake mix, pistachio pudding, eggs, sour cream and oil. in bread pan, pour 1/3 batter. sprinkle heavily with cinnamon/sugar mixture. repeat layers. lightly sprinkle top with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

bake 50-55 minutes
