Ingredients
- 4 c egg noodles
- Evoo
- 2 c chopped onion
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms
- 2 c ham
- 2 c Swiss cheese
- 2 t salt 1t pepper
- 1 c egg beaters
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c parmesean cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles as directed. Drain toss with oil. Heat remaining oil and saute onion and mushrooms till tender. Combine noodles onions, mushrooms, ham, cheese, salt and pepper transfer to pan. In a bowl combine egg and milk, pour over noodles and sprinkle with parmesean cheese. Bake 400 for 30 min
