Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter, softened
  • 1 cup superfine sugar
  • 3-1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 bars (100g each) Toblerone milk chocolate bar (mini bars work best)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat butter and superfine sugar in large bowl with mixer on high speed until light and fluffy.
3. Mix flour and cornstarch. Gradually add to butter mixture, beating well after each addition.
4.Roll a Tablespoon of dough into a ball. Press in one piece of chocolate. Place another piece of dough on top. Seal sides.
5. Place dough on cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes on baking sheets.
7. Remove to wire racks and cool completely.
