Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs, rolled fine
- 3 tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3-8 oz. packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. vanilla
- Topping:
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix graham crackers, butter, and cinnamon. Press firmly into the bottom and sides of a springform pan.
For filling: whip cream cheese, gradually add in sugar, then eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Pour into crust and bake for 40 minutes.
For topping: whipe sour cream, then add sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of cheesecake and bake for another 10 minutes.
