Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds green beans
- Olive oil
- 1/2 c dried cranberries
- Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Steam green beans in 3/4 inch boiling water until tender, about 6 minutes. Drain; transfer to a serving dish.
Drizzle with olive oil, and toss with dried cranberries. Season with coarse salt.
