Black-Eyed Peas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb black eyed peas
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 jalepano pepper
  • 1 ham bone with juice off ham then water to cover beans.

Preparation

Step 1

Soak peas over night. Season to taste with Tony's, salt & pepper. Cook in crock pot for 4 hours or on the stove top for 4 hours.

Serve over rice.
