Ingredients
- 2 cups Cauliflower (cut small)
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise Calorie Wise
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/8 tsp Dill Weed
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Place cauliflower in a steamer basket; place in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover and steam for 6-8 minutes or until tender crisp.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, dill, salt and garlic powder.
Transfer cauliflower to an ungreased 3 cup baking dish; top with sour cream mixture and cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350F for 5 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
