Got those recipe from a co-worker who brought it in for one of our potlucks when I was in Data Entry.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 small can chopped green chilis
  • 1 pkg flour tortillas
  • 1 large package of shredded med/sharp cheddar
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2-3 lbs ground hamburger

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook meat and onions until ground beef is browned. Drain off grease.
2. Mix soups, enchilada sauce and peppers and add to beef mixture.
3. Place mixture in bottom of baking pan top with shells, 1/2 of refried beans and half of cheese.
4. Add second layer with remaining shells, beans and beef mixture. Top with cheese.
5. Cover and cook for 30 minutes; uncover and cook for another 30 minutes. 350 degrees.
