  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 pt ricotta
  • 2 lbs shredded mozarella
  • Lasagne noodles
  • sauce
  • romano cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • parsley-1/2 tsp. 2 cloves garlic. minced

Step 1

brown meats. add garlic. drain and blot. beat two eggs and mix with small handful romano cheese and parsley and blend with ricotta. boil noodles and strain. start layering in oblong baking dish. after putting 2 spoonfuls of sauce in bottom of baking dish place layer of cooked noodles. spread thin layer ricotta over noodles. layer meat mixture next and cover lightly with sauce. sprinkle with romano cheese and then layer shredded mozarella. spread another thin layer of sauce. repeat process. layer of noodles next etc. end up with noodle layer on top with a little sauce. cover with alum. foil and warm in oven. 350 degree for approx. 30 min.
