Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp. cold water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tbsp pepper
  • 12 skinless chicken thighs

Step 1

In saucepan over low heat, mix 8 ingredients. Let simmer, stirring frequently until sauce thickens and bubbles.

Heat oven at 425.

Brush chicken with sauce on both sides and bake for 30 minutes. Brush chicken again and cook additional 30 minutes.
